Return Policy
Defective Merchandise
Time Limit - 10 days from date of delivery.
Return Shipment: Authorized return must be shipped prepaid. For your own protection, insure the return shipment.
Authorization Defined: Return authorization does not guarantee that return will be accepted. Return will be accepted if it is within the policy herein stated and the item is confirmed defective. A copy of the original order confirmation must be included.
Non-Defective Merchandise
No returns will be accepted for non-defective merchandise. Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days after receipt of invoice. A copy of the original order confirmation must be included with the return.
